My Trial Lawyer Superpower in General & Real Estate Litigation

At heart, I am a trial lawyer by training, and that is my greatest superpower as a general Litigator and Attorney, as well as a CA Real Estate Broker.

Most people think of real estate as buying, selling, and staging homes. I see it differently. With over 17 years litigating complex real estate matters at the highest levels, including at the top litigation firm in the world Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, I have the ability to take a case from initial document collection and discovery all the way through trial and jury verdict when necessary to protect my clients.

That full-cycle experience as a trial lawyer isn’t something most brokers can offer. It’s a literal superpower, and it’s exactly why clients choose me.

After graduating summa cum laude from UCLA and earning my J.D. from UC Hastings (also summa cum laude), I built my litigation career at elite firms, including Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. There I represented global leaders like Google, JPMorgan Chase Bank, Samsung, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac in high-stakes real estate disputes. I learned how to spot risk in contracts before it ever hits the closing table, how to negotiate with the precision of someone who’s been in the courtroom, and how to fight and win when necessary.

The truth is, every day, your typical realtor—even those with years and hundreds of transactions under their belts—are practicing law without a license.

That fact should frighten sellers and buyers because typically, your largest asset is on the line. As a licensed California attorney (State Bar #261500) and broker (DRE #01886009), I don’t just facilitate transactions, I bulletproof them.

I draft and review contracts with the eye of a litigator. I assess inspection reports and disclosures like someone who’s cross-examined experts on the stand. And if a deal goes sideways, I’m the one who can actually take it to court and see it through to verdict.

That full-cycle expertise is why my clients sleep better at night. Whether I’m helping a family buy their dream home in Lafayette, guiding an investor through an off-market opportunity, or structuring a development deal, they know they have a trial lawyer in their corner 24/7.

As a Bay Area native raising four kids here, an investor who owns six single-family homes myself, and a licensed designer and developer, I bring every piece of the puzzle together in one place. I’m not just obsessed with closing, I’m obsessed with protecting and maximizing your value at every step.

If you want a Trial Lawyer, Litigator, and Real Estate Partner who thinks like a judge and jury while delivering results like a top 1% Broker, let’s talk. Your biggest asset deserves nothing less.
