I am a Trial Lawyer born and raised, and as such, I am a whiz at obtaining fast settlements from Fortune 500 companies and municipalities and foreseeing and managing risk.

As both a Real Estate Broker and a practicing trial Attorney, I receive contracts regularly with zero legal meaning that would never hold up in court.

Having “grown up” as a commercial litigator for Fortune 500 corporations, my perspective on risk management and contract negotiation and drafting skills are unparalleled in the Bay Area.

I bring 17+ years' experience litigating real estate matters and selling real estate to the table. I have fierce negotiating skills that I put to work for my clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I graduated summa cum laude from UCLA and UC Hastings, where I received my law degree (Juris Doctor). I am a dedicated go-getter and empath. I was born and raised in the Bay Area currently raising 4 kids here. As a Carondelet graduate, I know the Bay Area markets like the back of my hand.

I own 5 homes in the Bay Area, some of which I rent both short and long term, so my experience spans to seasoned investor and developer. In my extraordinarily rare spare time, I love volunteering in our local public schools, the Bay Area Crisis Nursery, and the Contra Costa County Food Bank.
